Job Desciption : Internal Telesales Consultant
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a National Group of Companies. The position offered is based in Cape Town, Montague Gardens. We distribute Printer Consumables, Office Automation, Stationery and Hardware related products.
Minimum Requirements:
* Grade 12/Matric.
* Must reside in Cape Town.
* Must have excellent telephone manners.
* Must have a proactive, positive "can do" attitude.
* Target driven, ambition, enthusiasm, determination and the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Own reliable transport, drivers license is required.
* Knowledge of Printer HARDWARE or Consumables would be great but is not essential.
* Computer literate/MS Office, will be beneficial.
* Pastel Sage or any previous invoicing accounting system with previous experience is needed.
Responsibilities:
* Client/Customer engagement via Telephone - Cold calling for new business.
* Looking after and calling existing clients on our database.
* All internal sales related admin (invoicing, quotations and reporting).
