Job Description
 

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries and price requests.
• Look at technical catalogs and drawings to help clients find the correct matching components.
• Create and send out accurate price quotations using the company’s internal computer system.
• Follow up on sent quotes with customer buying departments to secure the final orders.
• Check stock levels with the warehouse team to give clients accurate delivery dates.
• Work closely with the external sales team to support regular, long-term business clients.

 
What You Need to Apply
 

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in internal sales within an industrial or hardware environment.
• The ability to read and understand technical product catalogs, sizes, and dimensions.
• Good computer skills, including experience using standard sales or inventory software (E
• A Matric certificate (Grade 12) and reliable transport to the Bartlett area.
• A positive, organized attitude with a strong willingness to follow systems and learn.
