About the position
Internal Technical Sales Administrator
My client who is in the food and beverage industry is seeking a skilled Internal Technical Sales Administrator to support internal sales processes, technical administration, customer service, and workshop coordination. The ideal candidate is experienced, organised, and confident working with both technical information and customer enquiries.
- Accurate processing of job cards, spares, invoices
- Maintaining updated stock and repair records
- Meeting internal sales support KPIs
- Accurate completion of quotes, proposals, and CRM entries
- R24 000 CTC package
- Full product training provided
- Supportive team and structured systems
Ideal for someone with:
- 5-10+ years in internal sales or technical administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service ability
- Comfortable supporting both consumer and hospitality clients
Key Responsibilities
- Issue spares and manage job cards
- Administer repair invoices and workshop rosters
- Maintain stock controls on equipment and spares
- Handle customer queries and provide product support
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and CRM updates
- Liaise with technicians and external sales teams
