Job Purpose
The Internal Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, driving sales within the franchise network, and ensuring efficient stock and operational management. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide high-quality customer support and service.
- Identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Drive sales within the franchise network.
- Take ownership of problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage stock levels and ensure accuracy.
- Utilise systems effectively to manage and govern daily tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Matric with Mathematics.
Experience: 1–3 years of internal sales or customer service experience (must be from the last two employments).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
Core Competencies
- Results-oriented.
- Strong time management skills.
