About the position
THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:
Provide customer service through the customer experience. Communicate with our clients to understand their needs and requirements to ensure a smooth sales process and good overall customer experience.
THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:
- To manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generate sales, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- To build & maintain good relationships with customers
- Generate customer quotations
- Achieve sales targets
- Stock management
- Managing back-orders
- Procurement of stock, as and if needed
- Sales and related administration

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
MUST HAVE'S
- Matric or Equivalent with math or business studies
- Excellent customer service ability with at least 2 years of internal sales or customer servicing experience
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong numeracy and administrative skills
WILL COUNT IN YOUR FAVOUR
- Previous Pastel Evolution experience
- Any technical/construction/tooling or similar background or knowledge
