About the position

A well-established company in the lifting, rigging, safety PPE, and transport industry is seeking an experienced and driven Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Kempton Park.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer orders via walk-ins and telephonic enquiries
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate product information
• Follow up on quotations and ensure timely order processing
• Support external sales representatives with order management
• Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Perform general administrative and sales support duties

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an internal sales role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and follow-up abilities
• Own reliable transport
