Internal Sales Representative

About the position

Well established company on the East Rand seeks an Internal sales Representative to join their dynamic team
Minimum Requirements 
Matric 
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role preferably within PPE, tooling, hardware or technical industry 

Duties will include 

• Quoting
• Answering phone calls
• Dealing with customers at the front desk, over the phone, via email
• Attending to sales tickets on our ticketing system
• Processing Orders (Invoicing, creating supplier purchase orders, tracking progress)
• Using Microsoft word, excel, outlook.
• Using Sage accounting
• Using custom in house software
