Internal Sales Representative

About the position

Established manufacturing business in Springs is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!
Experience

• A minimum of 5 years previous experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service is strongly preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming sales orders from existing repeat customers
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from potential new customers
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Follow up on quotations and outstanding customer queries
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
• Assist with general sales administration and reporting
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent service and communication
