Internal Sales Representative

About the position

A leading supplier of high-quality cotton products to the global textile industry is seeking a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and keeping clients satisfied. This position is based in Boksburg.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers via email, phone, and walk-ins
• Process orders accurately for sales representatives and clients
• Manage communication with customers from order receipt through to delivery (ETA updates, etc.)
• Work effectively within our ERP system to process and track orders
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Experience on ERP systems essential
• Someone who sees this as a stepping stone — with potential to grow beyond internal sales
