Internal Sales Representative

About the position

Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Internal Sales Rep to join their team!
Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
• Professional communication skills with customers

Responsibilities:

• Daily filing and administrative tasks
• Contact customers regularly to determine stock or order needs
• Process sales transactions using Syspro
• Perform daily cash ups and reconcile with finance department
• Handle sales-related calls and process orders
• Provide daily sales updates to the Sales Representative
• Manage customer queries and complaints
• Participate in weekly stock takes with stores team
