What you'll be doing:
- Engage with potential customers (primarily homeowners) via telephone, building instant trust and confidence.
- Understand individual storage needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and value of our storage facilities.
- Provide accurate pricing and address any customer queries effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all aspects of the role.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 5 years proven sales experience, ideally with a strong understanding of the homeowner market.
- Exceptional telephonic communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
- A natural ability to quickly build trust and establish rapport with customers.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in working with sales systems and recording information accurately.
