The Opportunity:
We're looking for a mature, experienced, and highly professional Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the West Rand, Gauteng. This isn't just a telesales role; you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling incoming inquiries, providing expert advice, and guiding them through their storage journey. Your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions will be key to your success and our continued growth.
What You'll Do:
- Professionally handle all incoming customer calls and digital inquiries, providing comprehensive information and answering questions about our diverse storage facilities and services.
- Articulate the features and benefits of our personal, business, and unique storage solutions to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value we offer.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the booking process, providing exceptional customer service from initial contact to successful reservation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up diligently to nurture leads and close sales.
- Utilize various digital platforms (email, WhatsApp, etc.) to communicate effectively and provide detailed information to customers.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication, persuasive techniques, and a customer-first approach.
- Maintain a well-organized workflow to ensure efficient handling of all customer interactions and inquiries.
What You'll Bring:
- Age 30+ with 5 - 10 years of proven experience in Internal Sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly telephone demeanor.
- Fluency in both English and Afrikaans with strong conversational abilities in both languages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using digital communication platforms such as email and WhatsApp.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both telephonically and in writing.
- Previous telesales experience is highly preferred, particularly if it involved converting leads and managing customer interactions (e.g., app-based services or car sales).
- A professional, reliable, and mature approach to customer service and sales.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Must be based in or able to reliably commute to the West Rand, Gauteng.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Basic Salary: R15,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Excellent Earning Potential: On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to R25,000 per month (including basic salary and performance-based commission).
