About the position

A well-established company in Randburg is looking for Internal Sales Representatives to join their company!
Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in internal sales in a technical environment
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Background in IT sales is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Industrial Solutions, Industrial Computing, Serial Connectivity, IP Surveillance, Remote Automation and Wireless Ethernet and Communications is advantageous
  • Valid South African driver’s license

Duties:

  • Provide sales support, product advice and service solutions to clients in the industrial automation industry
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to all sales and product-related queries
  • Share accurate product information, documentation and work with other departments when needed
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, quotes, invoices and other admin tasks
  • Support the daily operations of the sales team, including assisting external sales representatives
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude focused on growing sales and delivering excellent customer service
  • Stay updated on product developments, complete product training and meet testing requirements
  • Follow up daily on client queries, quotes and sales opportunities
  • Research new clients, industries and opportunities to expand and improve service offerings
