Internal Sales Representative

About the position

Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!
Requirements:
5 years' experience in a similar role
Matric / tertiary qualification

Responsibilities:
Customer relations:

• Monitor order department inboxes for outstanding tasks and inquiries.
• Log and address customer complaints, ensuring timely feedback.
• Conduct courtesy calls to recently assisted clients to assess satisfaction.
• Support Orders and Sales teams with quotes and client inquiries.

Sales:

• Record all inbound sales inquiries from various channels.
• Make and log outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales reps.
• Assign prospects to the appropriate sales rep based on region.
• Follow up with clients to confirm sales rep engagement and gather feedback.
• Assist sales reps with proposals, customer forms, and credit applications.

Marketing:

• Track and refine advertising reach with Jasper to align with sales focus.
• Design and print labels.
• Monitor sample distribution, ensuring product conversion to sales.
• Conduct regular competitor price comparisons for market competitiveness.
