Internal Sales Representative

About the position

A well-established company located on the East Rand is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their team!
Minimum Education: Matric 

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 years’ experience within the steel and / or weighbridge industry 

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide assistance to the sales team when needed
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for product information, availability, and pricing in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documents, ensuring that they are properly filed and organised
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available to fulfill customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams to replenish stock as needed
• Prepare and send price quotations to potential customers based on their requirements and pricing guidelines
