What You'll Be Doing:

• Capture and securely manage daily customer lighting orders accurately using Sage 300 software.
• Generate highly accurate tax invoices and credit notes for all completed industrial transactions.
• Handle active telephonic inquiries regarding specific product pricing and daily stock availability.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to track order fulfillment and dispatch status.
• Prepare highly professional quotations and eagerly follow up on pending daily sales leads.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must clearly show proven daily experience in an active internal sales role.
• You strictly need strong daily working proficiency using Sage 300 software systems.
• You must clearly understand basic industrial lighting and complex electrical components deeply.
• You need a proven daily ability to handle busy telephonic customer sales inquiries.
• You must confidently manage complex daily order processing and accurate sales invoicing.
