About the position
Support and grow branch sales by servicing customers, assisting walk-in clients, processing orders and quotations, and supporting the external sales team in a competitive automotive environment.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 years experience in internal sales, counter sales, or customer-facing sales
- Previous exposure to the automotive aftermarket, parts, or components environment preferred
- Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning, cooling, refrigeration, or related technical products advantageous
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
- Computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems, quotes, and invoicing
Key Performance Areas:
- Service and manage allocated customer accounts
- Assist walk-in customers and handle telephonic and email enquiries
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets
- Support and collaborate with external sales representatives
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
