About the position

Support and grow branch sales by servicing customers, assisting walk-in clients, processing orders and quotations, and supporting the external sales team in a competitive automotive environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Matric 
  • 3 years experience in internal sales, counter sales, or customer-facing sales
  • Previous exposure to the automotive aftermarket, parts, or components environment preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning, cooling, refrigeration, or related technical products advantageous
  • Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
  • Computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems, quotes, and invoicing
Key Performance Areas:

  • Service and manage allocated customer accounts
  • Assist walk-in customers and handle telephonic and email enquiries
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets
  • Support and collaborate with external sales representatives
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
