- Maintain strong customer relationships and skillfully resolve any complaints.
- Prepare agreements with meticulous document accuracy and efficient document management.
- Negotiate prices and services effectively.
What You'll Bring:

- 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally connecting with homeowners.
- Exceptional telephonic communication - you're a natural on the phone.
- A knack for building instant rapport and genuine connection.
- Pure drive and a results-oriented mindset - you live for the close.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with sales systems.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- A team player who is responsible and self-motivated, able to work under pressure without supervision.
- Bilingualism is an advantage.
- Good negotiating skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and experience with software like PandaDoc, Pipedrive (CRM), Sitelink, and Wati.
