You're organised, proactive and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep a sales team running smoothly. You enjoy client interaction, follow-ups and administration, but you're equally confident getting involved in marketing campaigns and online advertising. You're detail-driven, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities without needing close supervision.
You'll play a key support role within the sales function, preparing quotes and tenders, following up with clients and assisting with day-to-day sales administration. Alongside this, you'll take ownership of internal advertising activities and help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You'll liaise with clients, support business development efforts and ensure that sales and marketing processes are professional, consistent and well managed.
Based in Centurion, our client operates within the mining and industrial services space, supplying specialised solutions to a demanding and technical market. They are well established, entrepreneurial in nature and known for their practical, hands-on approach. The culture is collaborative, performance-focused and suited to someone who enjoys variety and responsibility in their role.
You'll have previous experience in internal sales support, sales administration or a similar role within a manufacturing, mining or technical environment, with hands-on exposure to preparing quotes, supporting tenders and managing client follow-ups. Experience assisting with digital marketing, advertising platforms or campaign coordination will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using basic marketing and sales support tools are essential.
