About the position








Internal Sales
Job Purpose
To support sales growth by managing internal sales operations, preparing and following up on quotations, processing orders accurately, and maintaining strong customer relationships while working closely with external sales, production, and distribution teams.



 



 
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
  • Process customer orders and update clients on order status
  • Support and align with external sales representatives and call cycles
  • Handle telesales enquiries and customer queries
  • Perform tele-selling to existing and potential customers to drive sales growth
  • Source and onboard new clients
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer and sales order data on the SAGE ERP system
  • Liaise with production, warehouse, and distribution to ensure accurate despatch and delivery
  • Maintain internal and external sales administration and filing

Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in a sales role
  • Grade 12
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Computer literacy with strong administrative ability
  • Experience using the SAGE ERP system
