- Educated: You hold a Matric Certificate.
Your Impact:
As an Internal Sales Person, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our clinic. You'll engage with potential clients, offering them insights into our advanced hair transplant and treatment options. You'll guide them through the consultation process, explain how our solutions provide natural hairlines and incredible density, and ensure they feel confident and supported every step of the way. Your ability to communicate clearly and passionately will be key to helping individuals visualize their transformation.
Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll own:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and understand their specific hair restoration needs.
- Present our cutting-edge hair transplant and treatment solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage your sales pipeline, from initial contact to successful closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the hair restoration industry.
