About the position

Our client, a progressive and fast paced chemical supply and distribution company, seeks to employ a customer focused Internal Sales Representative  to join this progressive and expanding professional team. 
 
Please note that this is NOT a senior role but rather a role for a more junior candidate, who is resident in the Gqeberha or surroundings areas and who has a background in internal sales, specifically in a technical environment
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:  

    • You will have Matric, coupled with 2-3 years experience in internal sales within a distribution and/or technical environment.


    • You will have gained experience in processing orders, following up on back orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem solving


    • Your background will be in a fast paced environment, being able to manage email, telephone and walk in customers and ensure the smooth sale of goods in a professional manner.


    • You will be experienced in generating leads for sales representatives and identifying opportunities to regenerate revenue from dormant customers.


    • You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
