About the position
Purpose:
Sales (increased revenue for the company)
Preference will be given to Female candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective handling of customer inquiries/ queries and liaising with clients telephonically and on emails including but not limited to an existing customer data base list
- Effective communication skills handling daily activities relating to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and anything relating to enquiry
- Liaise effectively with managers regarding operational requirements on production/ product and sales levels etc. on daily basis
- Responsible for general sales administration requirements
- Quotes/ designing on CAD/ costing/order processing/warranty tracking/delivery tracking/cold calling register/budget tracking/daily workload reporting/daily prospect reporting/customer survey's
- Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Compliance to the Kwikspace/clients SHEQ code of conduct and standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Computer Literacy & proficiency in MS Office
- Strong MS Excel
- Knowledge of CAD
- Driver's license, self-reliant transport
- Exceptional customer service oriented and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical minded and detail oriented
- Honest, energetic, approachable, target driven, effective, self-starter, team player with the ability to work independently within a pressurized environment
- Able to work overtime when required
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years in similar position
- Construction costing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
- Matric
- Sales & Marketing Diploma
- Advance Excel Certificate
- Driver's license
