About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, website and social media
- Provide accurate product advice, quotations, and recommendations aligned to customer needs
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing customer engagement
- Close sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
- Process orders, payments, and sales documentation accurately
- Coordinate delivery or collection scheduling with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records, filing, and sales administration
- Assist with basic social media engagement and enquiry responses
- Keep the sales office, brochures, and displays neat and well organised
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous internal sales, counter sales, or retail sales experience. (best fit)
- Will also consider newly qualified graduates, with limited work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional and friendly approach
- Ability to work with quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission
- Basic computer literacy (email, quotations, order systems)
