You're a confident, articulate sales professional who thrives on closing deals over the phone. Tenacious and persuasive, you know how to turn cold prospects into loyal customers. You're organised, commercially minded and not afraid to follow up - whether it's on a quotation, a payment, or a new opportunity. You enjoy working in a technical environment, quickly grasp new concepts and take pride in supporting a high-performing external sales rep. High energy, self-motivated and customer-centric, you bring both drive and administrative precision.
You'll manage the full internal sales cycle - from prospecting and cold calling to quoting, negotiating and closing. You'll support an external sales rep by qualifying leads, scheduling client visits, coordinating inspections and ensuring their time in the field is maximised. Daily follow-ups on quotes, payments and customer queries will be second nature to you. You'll handle invoicing, credit applications, debtor follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records. Working closely with inspectors and workshop teams, you'll ensure all site requirements, safety inductions and logistics are properly coordinated, particularly within mining and industrial environments.

Known for their technical expertise, safety standards and service excellence, they partner with mining and heavy industrial clients to ensure compliance and operational reliability. The culture is performance-driven, hands-on and team-oriented.
Matric with at least 3 years' internal sales or hire desk experience within a technical, construction or equipment rental environment. You must have a proven track record managing the full sales process, strong negotiation skills, CRM proficiency (Syrinx or similar), and the ability to understand technical products and services. Experience compiling tenders and dealing with mines or industrial clients will be advantageous.
