This role gives you the direct authority to manage large-scale orders for our tools and hardware, offering a clear path to advance into Key Account Management. By bringing your strong quoting skills to this trusted team, you will secure a reliable career path supporting the daily delivery of these industrial tools and hardware, all while earning a base salary of up to R18,000, plus benefits, and building a highly lucrative income through commission.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the full internal sales cycle from the first client question to final order delivery.
• Follow up quickly on technical quotes to turn inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure fast, accurate delivery of bulk orders.
• Keep a neat and organized CRM database to track all client calls and lead statuses.
• Support the external sales team with technical details to help close large commercial contracts.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of internal sales experience specifically in the industrial, tool, or hardware sector.
• Strong daily computer skills, including the clear ability to use inventory management software.
• A proven history of accurately processing complex technical quotes for industrial buyers.
• Clear speaking and writing skills to solve stock shortages and assist clients professionally.
• A reliable daily commute to the Germiston office space.
