Our Client who is in the hygiene & safety protection industry is looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to manage key accounts
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 & Certificate and/or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or similar fields
- 1–3 Years’ experience in sales, including telesales or phone-based selling
- Proficient on CRM platforms, MS Office, etc.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries & convert interest into new business
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with both new and existing Clients
- Review and act upon daily back-order reports
- Share progress and insights with the team
- Prepare accurate quotations and present to Clients
- Oversee all aspects of order fulfilment, collaborating with distribution
- Forecast weekly stock needs for your Client list
- Collect and communicate requests for new products
- Deliver regular updates on sales performance, back-orders, and emerging trends to Key Account Managers and Line Managers
- Support market research projects, gathering, tracking, and sharing actionable intel on competitors and industry trends
- Contribute to tender and proposal processes as needed, preparing formal sales documents and presentations with Key Account Managers
- Manage all Client data and sales activities, ensuring accurate monthly reporting
- Monitor competitive activity among customers and within the broader marketplace
