About the position
- Telesales - Experienced & confident in making outbound sales calls.
- Knowledge of Self-adhesive label manufacturing industry
- Providing administrative support to Sales personnel, and
- Dealing telephonically with external customers on queries and order/delivery requirements
- Managing orders and delivery dates for the relevant Sales personnel portfolio
- Assisting in processing new and repeat jobs in order to meet customer requirements with respect to order quantity, price and delivery and label specifications.
- Quoting on customers' requirements - Through Syspro
