Internal Sales Assistant

About the position

Seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, mature professional looking to advance their career in sales. Enthusiastic Internal Sales Assistant to support the external sales team and help drive the company's continued growth in the mining solutions industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process sales inquiries using Odoo (ERP systems) and Syspro
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
• Conduct cold calls and actively engage with prospective clients
• Prepare sales reports and documentation using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Meet and exceed sales targets while working independently
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 3-4 years' experience in an internal sales role
• Proficiency in Odoo and Syspro sales software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable engaging with clients and suppliers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Clean criminal record and good health
• Upbeat, self-motivated, and proactive personality
• Eagerness to grow within the company, with potential for advancement
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
