Internal Sales Assistant

We are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, supporting the sales process, and continuously improving their skills.
Responsibilities:

• Developing and qualifying leads through prospecting, cold calling and other tactics
• Continuous pipeline maintenance and improvements
• Arranging meetings at prospects for the BDE’s
• Proficient usage of CRM software, logging all sales activity
• Creation of quotes, payment notices
• Sales related administration
• Assisting the business development team in sales improvements
• Liaise with technical team to arrange demo’s, webinars and blog content

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Experience in the manufacturing and engineering industries will be advantageous
• Sales degree / dip advantageous
