You'll prepare quotes and tenders, follow up with clients and manage incoming sales enquiries using ERP systems. Cold calling and proactive client engagement will form part of your daily routine, along with maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. On the marketing side, you'll assist with advertising, manage social media platforms, create content using tools like Canva and support campaign execution. You'll also compile sales reports and handle general administrative duties that keep the sales function running efficiently.
Our client is a specialised player within the mining and industrial sector, based in Centurion. This is not a large corporate environment, but rather a close-knit, hands-on team where everyone pulls together. Proven experience in internal sales and marketing support is essential, ideally within the mining or broader industrial sector. You should have hands-on experience preparing quotes and tenders, managing client follow-ups and supporting sales teams in a technical environment. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Odoo or Syspro, strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and experience managing social media platforms and Canva are required. A valid driver's licence and reliable transport are essential.
