Job Title: Internal Sales Agent
Location: Chatsworth, KwaZulu-Natal
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Potential for Contract Extension Based on Performance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Internal Sales Agent to join their team in Chatsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer orders, processing orders accurately, coordinating dispatch requirements, and handling customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders telephonically.
• Accurately capture orders onto the relevant system.
• Coordinate and arrange dispatch of customer orders.
• Follow up on order status and customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• Previous experience in Sales (Inbound or Outbound), strong Customer Service, Order Processing, and strong administrative skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Computer literate with good data capturing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.

Location Requirements
Candidates must:

• Reside in Chatsworth or surrounding areas with easy access to Chatsworth; or
• Have reliable transport and be able to travel daily to the Chatsworth branch without difficulty.

Please note that employees will be required to report directly to the Chatsworth branch and no company transport is provided.

Nature of the Role:

• Inbound order processing role.
• No cold calling required.
• No outbound sales activities.
• Focus on receiving and processing customer orders.

Remuneration:

• Market-related salary.

• Commission may be considered based on performance and company discretion.

Employment Opportunity:
This position is offered on a 3-month contract basis. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive work ethic may be considered for extension.
