About the position
Hammarsdale - A leading supplier and manufacturer within the Poultry sector is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their growing and thriving team.

As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, you'll be at the epicenter of our operations. Your role extends beyond spreadsheets and invoices, it's about orchestrating seamless transactions, building relationships, and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process sales orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Assist and deal with walk-in customers
- Verify product availability and pricing information
- Accurately enter sales orders into the system
- Manage and print picking slips and coordinate with relevant warehouse departments
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any delays or issues
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to sales orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, customer accounts, and order history
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective order processing
- Accurately invoice picking slips when an order is being dispatched
- File picking slips, PODs and upload to server
- Stand-in and assist when other staff members are on leave
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and Supervisor.
Attributes
- Ability to read and write in both English and Afrikaans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role in manufacturing/distribution industies
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong Data Analytical mindset.
- Experience using Syspro and Omni software
Remuneration: R12 000 – R15 000 monthly
Monday - Friday 7.30 am – 4.30 pm
