Well established company on the East Rand seeks a dynamic Internal Sales Administrator to join their team
Minimum requirements
Matric 
Computer literacy skills
1 - 2 years in a similar role 
Non smoker 
mathematically inclined
Peoples personality 

Role overview 

• Managing customer relationships from enquiry through to delivery 
• Every order is a custom solution designed to meet the clients needs and excellent customer service skills are essential
• Understanding clients requirements, confirming feasibility, compiling accurate quotations, ensure jobs are delivered on time and to spec
• The role requires a mix of service, technical understanding and commercial sense
• Training will be provided on the products 

Duties will include 

• Engage with clients by phone, email and in person to understand requirements
• Translate clients needs into workable fabrication and supply solutions 
• Apply practical reasoning and basic technical knowledge to assess feasibility 
• Liaise internally with production an dispatch 
• Build long term relationships and handle challenges professionally 

Preferred industries 

• Industrial supply and distribution such as tools, fasteners, glass or signage
• High end retail or showroom sales ie furniture, appliances, interior design or decor
• print, signing or packaging 
• construction supply or shopfitting support 
• Automotive service advisor or parts counter support 
• DIY, hardware or home improvement stores
