We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Co-ordinator to support our Head of Sales – and assist the broader sales team.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the diary and office of the Head of Sales
- Perform secretarial tasks: prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and contract drafting.
- Handle sales admin functions: processing offers, confirming orders, updating CRM, and reporting.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner.
- Support event planning, budgeting, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare monthly sales and financial reports.
- Assist with customer account management and project tracking.
? Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales administration or office support.
- Matric + Secretarial Diploma or relevant NQF6 qualification.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
