Internal Sales Administrator

About the position

A Dynamic company based in the North Coast is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries (5–10 calls/day) and direct leads to sales reps
• Process rental and sales packs, POs, and maintain digital filing systems
• Generate and analyse reports to support sales and financial planning
• Assist with transport quotes, supplier follow-ups, and tracking off-hired units
• Provide internal sales support: quote preparation, order tracking, upselling & CRM
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth customer experience and accurate order processing

Requirements:

• Proven administrative experience (preferably in a sales/rental environment)
• Processing rental sales documents
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High attention to detail and customer service mindset
