A dynamic organization based in the East Rand, Benoni is looking to employ an Internal Sales Administrator with 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle
- MS Office, Excel (Advanced) Email communication and WhatsApp
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales support and administrative functions
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Manage the coordination of quotes, bookings, and follow-up communications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Monitor and track leads and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and no missed prospects
- Provide administrative, scheduling, and pipeline management support to the sales and operations teams
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure the seamless delivery of services
