About the position

A dynamic organization based in Pretoria is looking to employ an Internal Sales Administrator with 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle
  • Candidate must be confident and bubby
  • Must have experience dealing with customers first hand
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Organization/Planning – Plans, organizes & schedules in efficient, organized manner
  • Processing of quotations
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Following up on outstanding quotations & orders
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Assisting customers with the relevant product information
  • General Administration
  • Telesales & follow up on existing and new customers
  • Full function of Stock Take
  • Assisting with planning deliveries & collections
