The Sales Department at the Durban Branch has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:



Position:  Internal Sales / Administrator 

Location: Pinetown Durban SA

Industry: 

Qualification:

• Matric
• Min 3 years’ experience in an Sales Administrative function 

Role & responsibilities:

• Fielding customer telephonic enquiries
• Computer knowledge
• Online Xero software and Excel for other admin functions)
• Processing quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices
• Credit note procedure
• Ensuring only customers who are within their credit facility and term are supplied
• Following a COD supply procedure
• Following of an overdue account follow up procedure
• Processing purchase quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices
• Ability to learn the product technical aspects over time to ensure that the customers are offered and supplied with the correct products
• Assisting with monthly stock takes
• Assist with various control procedures relating to the above
• Present well both telephonically and in person with customers
• Attention to detail, honesty, punctuality is essential
• Own transport
