Internal Sales Administrator - Cape Town

About the position

Well-established company based in Cape Town seeks an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team!
Qualifications

• Matric (essential)
• Relevant Diploma advantageous

Experience

• 2–5 years’ internal sales experience (local/technical sales)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of inventory control
• ERP systems knowledge (e.g., Sage X3 advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders
• Handle sales order processing and customer queries promptly
• Follow up on back orders
• Arrange product and marketing samples as requested
• Liaise with stores regarding incoming stock and customer deliveries
• Assist sales teams as required
• Support with stock take activities
• Assist with debtor collections on an ongoing basis
• Execute tasks for other divisions as required
• Provide support to other branches
• Undertake additional duties as directed within scope
