Your day-to-day will revolve around managing client communications, following up on orders, answering queries and ensuring smooth, attentive service. You'll track account performance, liaise with the internal team and contribute to steady account growth. With new business leads, mentoring, training and product developments also coming your way, you'll have every opportunity to grow into a key account manager in time. We're looking for someone that is accountable and able to manage their time and responsibilities well. What you'll need We're looking for someone with a matric qualification and a minimum of 2 years internal sales account / sales experience understanding the sales life cycle. Excellent communication skills, strong admin capability and a natural flair for client service. You'll need to be highly presentable, organised and eager to grow into a key account manager role over time. CRM proficiency would be a real advantage.
