About the position
A well-established company in Pretoria is looking for a motivated External / Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 3–5 years' sales experience in a similar role
- Experience in both internal and external sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct client visits and sales presentations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Process customer orders and provide sales support
- Liaise with customers regarding product availability, pricing and deliveries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service
- Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
- Prepare sales reports and update the CRM system
