Job Description

• Answer inbound phone and email sales inquiries quickly and accurately.

• Prepare accurate price quotations and formal tenders for industrial protective gear.

• Assist clients in choosing the correct safety wear and protective equipment.

• Process sales orders smoothly using computer inventory and order management software.

• Check stock availability and follow up on quotes to close deals.

• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure fast, on-time deliveries.

• Help existing commercial customers by introducing complementary high-quality safety products.

 
Who We Looking For ?

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification.

• At least 2 years of proven internal sales experience in industrial PPE or workwear.

• Good track record of preparing quotes, following up leads, and closing sales.

• Comfort using computerised inventory systems,
• Clear, professional communication skills over the phone and through email.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team-player mindset.
