JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with HR and business teams to understand workflows and challenges.
- Developing AI-powered solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Creating Apps to automate key processes.
- Building real-life AI projects that complement shared services operations.
- Gaining invaluable exposure to AI technologies, process optimization, and digital transformation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed a qualification in Information Systems, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of process automation, technology, and AI concepts.
- Knowledge of AI automation tools and machine learning.
- Experience or willingness to learn Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
Skills:
- Ability to analyse business workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with different teams and understand business challenges.
- Ability to collaborate and present AI-based solutions effectively.
- Innovative thinker with an eagerness to learn and experiment with AI technologies.
- Proactive approach to consulting, problem identification, and automation implementation.
- Enthusiasm for AI and automation trends with a desire to make an impact.
