About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Technology Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering.
Must have professional registration with formal bodies.
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager/Foreman.
Must have experience with site administration.
Must have experience in Health & Safety management (Site safety file).
Must be able to read drawings.
Must have experience in reinforcement and concrete work.
Must have experience in all building trades.
Must be able to manage clients, professional teams, and subcontractors.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Project.
