About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Bachelor of Technology Degree or a National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. If you don't hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager or working towards it.
Must have a Valid CSCS card or Medical & induction certificates.
Must have 6-8 years of experience in building or civils site management, with at least 2 years as Site Agent or Section Manager on projects > R50 m.
Must have a proven record of completing projects on time and within the final cost envelope.
Must have strong knowledge of SANS 10400, National Building Regulations and GCC 2015.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore or BIM 360 and Microsoft Office.
