About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a National Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Must have 2 - 4 years of experience in a Human Resources environment as a Clerk or Officer.
Must have knowledge of the latest legislation, such as BCEA, EE, LRA, and Skills Development Act.
Must have knowledge of HCM policies and procedures.
Must have knowledge of the HCM systems.
Must have project management and negotiation skills.
Must have knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must have a valid driver's licence.
Must be willing to travel within the region.
