About the position
We are seeking a talented Intermediate Customer Experience (CX) Designer with expertise in designing user-centric solutions for mobile apps, web platforms, and chat interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design thinking, a solid understanding of design libraries and standards, and hands-on experience with leading design tools like Figma.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills
User-Centered Design
- Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly mobile apps, web platforms, and chat interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes aligned with business goals and user needs
- Employ design thinking methodologies to create solutions that enhance the overall customer experience (CX)
Research & Insights
- Conduct customer research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and pain points
- Analyze and apply findings from research to improve user experience (UX) and design solutions
- Ability to evaluate design performance and iterate based on user feedback
Design Tools & Collaboration
- Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar to create and iterate design solutions
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design execution aligns with technical constraints and business objectives
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and align with brand guidelines
Design Libraries & Standards
- Develop and maintain design libraries, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all user-facing platforms
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and the latest tools in the CX/UX design space
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience (CX) and UI design
- Strong knowledge of design thinking, design libraries, and user research
- Expertise in Figma, and proficiency with other design tools like Sketch, InVision, or similar
- Familiarity with creating designs for mobile apps, web, and chat interfaces
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
