We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Discover, elicit and analyse business requirements.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable delivery artefacts.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate and support stakeholder workshops.
- Maintain requirements traceability and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and senior analysts to resolve requirements gaps.
- Identify dependencies, risks, blockers and unanswered questions early.
- Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology delivery environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping and business analysis artefacts.
- Practical Jira and Confluence experience.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- The confidence to work with ambiguity and challenge assumptions constructively.
