The Role: Interior Designer
This position sits within the Regional Design team and focuses on the rollout and implementation of established restaurant brands. You will translate brand concepts into functional, engaging hospitality and retail spaces, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand identity across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, and full documentation required for rollouts
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and suppliers to meet deadlines
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and implementation checks as needed
• Prepare presentations and visual content for internal teams and client review
• Support continuous refinement of restaurant brand interiors across regions

About You

• 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably within hospitality or retail sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong technical knowledge of design documentation and construction processes
• Excellent spatial planning and visualisation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations or brand environments is advantageous
